Long before ESQgo existed, the values behind the firm were taking shape.
Mario’s grandfather built a business from the ground up, believing that what people create through hard work deserves to be protected. When circumstances forced his family to begin again in a new country, he did what builders have always done: he started over.
Years later, Mario’s parents made a similar decision, leaving everything familiar behind to build a new life in the United States. Like many immigrant families, they relied on resilience, hard work, and a community that believed success was something earned together.
Building something meaningful takes years. Losing control of it shouldn’t happen because someone else decided to profit from your work.
