Neal Greenfield brings more than four decades of legal experience advising businesses across complex commercial, intellectual property, and dispute-related matters.
At ESQgo®, Neal works closely with eCommerce brands on marketplace enforcement strategy, intellectual property matters, arbitration proceedings, and broader legal issues affecting brand protection and channel control. His role centers on helping clients evaluate risk, shape practical legal strategies, and respond effectively when marketplace disputes begin to affect business performance.
Before joining ESQgo in 2022, Neal advised clients across a wide range of industries, including consumer products, pharmaceuticals, nutritional supplements, apparel, and construction. That breadth of experience gives him a strong commercial perspective, particularly when legal issues intersect with operational and brand-related challenges.
His experience spans advisory work, dispute resolution, and intellectual property strategy, making him a valuable resource for brands facing increasingly complex marketplace issues.
